Jake organised a gift voucher for mum for Mother's Day this year on behalf of the kids. They hadn't updated family photos in donkey years so he thought it was way overdue. So we got together for a fun and relaxed family session. It is the perfect time since it is just before Christmas and it makes for wonderful and loving Christmas presents. Jake has also headed to the coast to start a new job, Molly has just finished Year 12 and is off to university next year and Ben works away so they weren't sure when would be the next time they were all together. Now is good as any time and what a brilliant attitude because you never know what is in store just around the corner! Thank you for allowing me to capture these beautiful family moments of you all.
Congratulations Shanae on your amazing achievement and completing Year 12! Good luck on your next chapter of your life!
Congratulations Amber on finishing Year 12 and surviving all your schooling years! Good luck for your next chapter of your life!
Congratulations Jess on completing Year 12 and reaching this important milestone of your life surrounded by your family and friends! Good luck with your future endeavours and the next chapter of your life!
My cousin and his wife welcomed their newest addition to the family, Harry Kent Brown last Sunday. I travelled up to Ipswich and back in a day to meet him and capture these most adorable shots of him! Kirstin was so excited for his arrival, she organised these cutest knitted outfits - I can see these photos coming back out at his 18th to haunt him ;)
I captured Remi when she was only a couple days old and I was so happy to capture her for her first birthday! She has grown up into such an adorable cutie pie who definitely has everyone wrapped around her finger :D
Congratulations to Sandra and Jonny who exchanged vows back in September and started their new chapter as Mr and Mrs Squires. Thank you so much for letting me capture your day and I wish you both the very best on your next chapter <3
Dave and Lauren welcomed their third baby at the start of June, a little baby boy which they named Hudson Wynter and Indi and Airlie are absolutely smitten being big sisters to him.
Debutante Balls are still thriving in country areas, thanks to daughters wanting to continue the tradition of their mothers and grandmothers, debuting into society. Despite the nature of debuting changing, since most young ladies that debuted, I'm sure aren't looking for their future husband right now - it is still a wonderful night of old time dancing, the opportunity to dress up and have a blast amongst family and friends! Congratulations Dakota, you were absolutely stunning and Brayden you were a dashing partner!
Mother's Day was a busy day for me, with a session in the morning and another one in the afternoon along the beautiful Gwydir River in Bingara with the Butler family. The river is an utterly gorgeous backdrop, with Wade's Horses sprinkling the banks. It was perfect, capturing Emmi and Walker being themselves whilst their doting parents watched on. Here's some shots from their session and here's to you Sarah & Jason with many more cheeky adventures chasing after Emmi & Walker!
